No account, no cookies, no trackers, no embedded third-party content. No personal data is collected from children. Gallery, credits and parental settings remain solely on the device.

4. Transfer to third countries
OpenAI and Vercel also process data in the USA. The basis is the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
